Paul Vega

Paul leads the Portfolio Team. His team’s focus spans large-scale transformations and commercial and operational excellence initiatives across the Cinven portfolio, including a dedicated in-house digital and AI team.

He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Flint Global, Fressnapf Group, Master Builders Solutions, OMNES Education, Partner in Pet Food, TK Elevator and Viridium Group.

Prior to joining Cinven, Paul worked at Amcor, where he built and led the European Healthcare business. He also held the roles of Vice President of Innovation and Group Head of Strategy. Previously, Paul was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Frankfurt, New York and Manila, where he led the Innovation and Strategy Practice.

Paul holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen, was a research fellow at INSEAD, and previously completed his MSc at the London School of Economics.

He joined Cinven in 2019.
