Devki Pandya

Devki is a Finance Manager in Cinven’s UK Transaction and Tax Services team.

She provides support for deals structured outside of Luxembourg, with a primary focus on operational and compliance support for US Deals.
Before joining Cinven, she was an Assistant Manager in Corporate Tax at BDO, having previously held a similar role in Audit at BDO. She also worked as an accountant at a media firm.

Devki is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds an MSc in Applied Accounting as well as a BA in Accounting and Finance.

She joined Cinven in 2024.
