Karanvir is a member of the Business Services team. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Tinsa.

Prior to joining Cinven, Karanvir worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in UK Investment Banking focusing on a variety of M&A and Equity Financing situations, which included a number of high-profile transactions across the TMT and Industrials sectors.

Karanvir has a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

He joined Cinven in 2019.
