Tom Posa

Tom is a Principal at Cinven.

Prior to joining Cinven, he worked in private equity at Silver Lake, Bowmark Capital, and Tenzing. He previously spent four years at OC&C working in London, Paris, and Munich.

Tom holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

He joined Cinven in 2026.
