Sophie is Office Manager & Company Secretary in Cinven’s Luxembourg Office.
She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Luxembourg office and performing Company Secretarial duties including maintaining statutory registers, preparing and filing legal documents, organising board meetings, and handling KYC processes.
Prior to joining Cinven, Sophie held roles as Office Manager, Personal Assistant, and Legal Assistant at Valfidus.
Sophie holds a Masters degree in Contemporary History and completed internal legal training at Valfidus.
She joined Cinven in 2025.
