Sofia Vaz de Moura

Sofia is a member of the Iberia regional team. She has been involved in a number of transactions including idealista and Restaurant Brands Europe.

Prior to joining Cinven, Sofia worked at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in the EMEA Consumer & Retail coverage team based in London, where she was involved in M&A and ECM transactions for strategics and PE clients. Previously, Sofia interned at several companies including Ardian in Madrid, J.P. Morgan in Dubai, and Crest Capital Partners and Kearney in Lisbon.

Sofia has a Double Master’s Degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.

She joined Cinven in 2023.
