Payal Nandy

Payal is Finance Director.

Prior to joining Cinven, Payal was Finance Director at Perella Weinberg Partners. She was previously Group Finance Officer at Muirgold Limited, and earlier an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs.

Payal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an Executive MBA from London Business School.

She joined Cinven in 2025.
