Nicholas Bond
Associate General Counsel
Nick is Associate General Counsel and a member of the firm’s Legal and Compliance Department.
Prior to joining Cinven, Nick was Senior Legal Counsel at CVC Capital Partners, providing legal advice on transactions for CVC funds’ investments in Europe. Prior to this, he trained and worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, in London and New York, with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions.
Nick has a BA from Trinity College, Cambridge University. He was awarded a Graduate Diploma in Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction from BPP Law School.
He joined Cinven in 2019.
