Musa Bilal

Musa is a Director in the portfolio team.

Prior to joining Cinven, Musa was a Principal in Forward Deployed Engineering at Microsoft in London. Before this, he spent almost a decade at McKinsey & Company’s AI arm, QuantumBlack, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently as an Associate Partner and Senior Principal Data Scientist. During his career, Musa has worked with clients across a range of sectors on data science, machine learning, digital transformation and generative AI initiatives.

Musa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).

He joined Cinven in 2026.
