Mingyue Chen

Mingyue is a Senior Corporate Accountant based in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Cinven, Mingyue was a Financial Reporting Manager at Aztec, focusing on private equity funds and Luxembourg SPVs. Before this, she was an Accountant at Crestbridge and Apex.

Mingyue holds a Masters in International Business and is an ACCA Qualified Accountant, with CFA level 1 passed.

She joined Cinven in 2026.
