Maxim is Head of Sectors and Countries, and leads the Consumer Sector team and the Financial Services Sector team.
He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Alter Domus, Allegro, Arcaplanet, Avolon, Fressnapf Group, Grant Thornton, Guardian Financial Services, Kurt Geiger, NewDay, Partnership Assurance, Partner in Pet Food, Planasa, Premium Credit, RB Iberia, Salsify, True Potential and Viridium.
Previously he worked at Citigroup where he was involved in corporate finance within the European Retail and Consumer Group.
Maxim has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
He joined Cinven in 2006.
