Martha is a Personal Assistant and Office Manager for the Cinven Milan office.

Prior to joining Cinven she worked as a translator.

Martha holds a degree in Lingue e Letterature Straniere from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano.

She joined Cinven in 2006.
