Leah Lu

Leah is a Corporate Accountant in the Finance team.

Prior to joining Cinven, she was an Audit Senior at BDO in London, working predominantly with clients in the financial services sector, with a focus on private equity and asset management.

Leah holds an MA in Translation from Newcastle University and is currently completing her ACA qualification.

She joined Cinven in 2026.
