Karen Troup
Learning and Development Manager
Karen is Cinven’s Learning and Development Manager, based in the London office.
Prior to joining Cinven, she spent over 20 years working in Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion roles at BP, KPMG and Linklaters.
Karen holds a Masters in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, and a BA in French, Italian and Sociological Studies from the University of Exeter.
She joined Cinven in 2026.
