Prior to joining Cinven, Kane worked in the Legal team at Nord Anglia Education, providing corporate governance and entity management services across a global group structure.
Kane holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law with Business from the University of Portsmouth.
He joined Cinven in 2026.
