Learning and Development Manager
Isabelle is Cinven’s Learning and Development Manager.
Prior to joining Cinven, Isabelle worked in a generalist HR role at Rokos Capital Management and previously held a variety of HR and Talent Management roles at GSK, focusing leadership development, performance, and cultural initiatives.
She holds a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from Bristol University and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from the CIPD.
Isabelle joined Cinven in 2025.
