Henrik Helmer Hansen
Managing Director
Henrik is a Managing Director in the Portfolio team, based in the London office.
Prior to joining Cinven, Henrik was Chief Transformation Officer at Mediq, an Advent portfolio company. Before that, he held various VP and Managing Director roles at Atos Medical, an EQT and afterwards PAI portfolio company, where he played a leading role in two successful exits. He began his career at McKinsey & Company.
Henrik holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
He joined Cinven in 2026.
