Gael Detrie

Gael is a Transaction Support Expert based in Luxembourg, focusing on the coordination and execution of private equity transactions.

With over 15 years of experience in International Corporate Tax, he specializes in tax structuring, due diligence, and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg’s legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory frameworks. Gael previously held key roles at KPMG Luxembourg, including Director of International Tax, where he led complex cross-border projects and completed secondments in Houston and Montreal.

Gael has a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Côte d’Azur University and is a certified Luxembourg tax adviser.

He joined Cinven in 2023.
