Fay Crawford

Fay is Cinven’s Company Secretarial Assistant. She joined the firm in 2025.

Prior to joining Cinven, Fay worked for Evelyn Partners and S&W Group as a Trainee Company Secretary. She is part-qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute and is looking to qualify in 2027.

Passionate about sustainability, Fay also holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol.
