Elona Ajdari
Head of Operations
Elona works in the Luxembourg Transaction Services team where she looks after deal closings and the day-to-day management of Luxembourg entities. She is a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association’s Tax, VAT and LBO working groups.
Prior to joining Cinven, Elona was a Senior Manager at EY and previously she was a lawyer at Arendt and Medernach in Luxembourg.
Elona holds a Master of Laws in European Banking and Financial Law, a Master in Tax Law and a BSc in Management and International Business Law. She is qualified to practice law in Luxembourg and Albania.
She joined Cinven in 2020.
