Caroline Abrahamian

Caroline is a member of the regional team for France.

Prior to joining Cinven, Caroline worked at Montefiore Investment in France, focusing on mid-market private equity across multiple sectors. Previously she worked as a manager in the corporate strategy and M&A team at Pernod Ricard. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London and Paris advising on M&A transactions in various sectors including Industrials, Healthcare and Consumer.

Caroline holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC business school and a MSc in Engineering from ESTP Paris.

She joined Cinven in 2025.
