Carlotta Broglia

Carlotta is a member of the Healthcare sector team. She has been involved in a number of investments, including LGC, NewDay, and Nutrisens.

Prior to joining Cinven, Carlotta was an Associate at KKR in the EMEA Private Credit and Strategic Investments team, where she worked on a range of transactions across sectors and asset classes. Previously, she worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate within the Investment Banking Division.

Carlotta has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.

She joined Cinven in 2024.
