Alina is a Senior Tax Manager at Cinven, based in the London office. Her role is split between overseeing ongoing tax compliance for fund structures and advising on tax structuring.
Prior to joining Cinven, Alina was a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG focussed providing support to private equity and alternative fund managers.
Alina has a MSc in International Economics from Donetsk National Technical University and is a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant.
She joined Cinven in July 2026.
