Abi Tyler
Legal Counsel
Abi is Legal Counsel and a member of the firm’s Legal and Compliance Department.
Prior to joining Cinven, Abi trained and worked at Clifford Chance LLP, in London and Sydney, with a focus on private equity and cross-border M&A transactions.
Abi has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol and was awarded a Master of Laws in Legal Practice with distinction from BPP Law School.
She joined Cinven in 2026.
