International private equity firm Cinven announces that it has promoted Jan Schönfeld to Partner with effect from 1 January 2026.

Jan is a member of the Business Services team, TMT team and the regional team for DACH. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including group.one, HEG, JOST, One.com, STADA, SYNLAB, TK Elevator and think-cell. He joined Cinven in 2014.
