Samy is a member of the Financial Services sector team and regional team for France where he has been involved in a number of transactions including Compre, IFGL and Viridium.

Prior to joining Cinven, Samy worked as an Associate at Credit Suisse where he was involved in M&A and leveraged buyouts advisory for European corporates and sponsors across a variety of sectors. Previously, he served in the French Finance Ministry as an Engineer of the Corps des Mines.

Samy is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University.

He joined Cinven in 2017.
