Courtney is a member of the Healthcare sector team and the North America regional team. She has been involved in a number of investments, including BioAgilytix, Jaggaer, LGC and Visma.

Prior to joining Cinven, Courtney was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Courtney has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.

She joined Cinven in 2017.
