Heather joined Cinven in 2006. She is responsible for the career development, training and staffing of the Cinven investment team. Prior to joining Cinven, Heather spent 11 years at The Rose Partnership, specialising in executive search within the private equity industry.

Heather holds a degree in Classics from Cambridge University.
