Pronet wins prestigious International Customer Experience Award
Leading Turkish security alarms services provider Pronet is delighted to announce that Pronet has been awarded the highly prestigious international Best Customer Experience Award for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Region at the 11th International Contact Center World Awards.
With Pronet's response time of 10 seconds for inbound calls, this Award is an international recognition of Pronet's high quality and life-saving customer service. The EMEA Region Award follows Pronet previously being awarded the Best Customer Experience Award for Turkey in 2015, and will be followed by Pronet participating in the World Finals for the Best Customer Experience in the World Award later this year.
Operating 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, the Pronet Alarm Monitoring Center receives two million signals, responds to one million inbound calls, and makes six million outbound calls every year. The world-standard 10-second response rate is a result of the significant focus and investment made into people and technology at the Pronet Alarm Monitoring Centre.
