Coor to deliver innovative hospitality service concept to Telia´s new head offices
Coor Service Management has signed an agreement with Telia to provide workplace services in accordance with a new service concept, tailored to Telia´s new head office in Solna.
Coor has delivered integrated FM services to Telia in all Nordic countries since 2014. As a result of changes during the year, Coor’s delivery in Sweden is extended to include Telia’s new head offices from 7, June this year.
Coor has developed an innovative hospitality concept for the new head offices, which secures that the delivery runs smoothly and provides an enhanced service experience for Telia’s employees. Service delivery will also be supported by smart IoT (internet of things) solutions, such as new coffee machines with built-in WiFi, that make if possible to control the machine’s settings, screens and ingredients centrally, as well as remote troubleshooting.
