Camaïeu, the first women's ready-to-wear brand in France, to use Apple Passbook’s digital geolocation coupon
From 1 to 8 December 2012, Camaïeu will release its innovative digital geolocation coupon, thanks to Apple’s new Passbook app. A mobile strategy to forge close links with customers.
As part of its 360° customer relations strategy, Camaïeu has sent a promotional offer in the form of an iphone Passbook-compatible digital coupon to its registered clients who are Apple users. This experiment on Passbook by Camaïeu, a pioneer in France among ready-to-wear retailers, is the first stage in the rollout of its mobile strategy.
From 1 to 8 December 2012, customers who use Apple will be able to activate and save the discount coupon in their iphone’s Passbook app (iOS6 operating system), and use it in any of Camaïeu’s 650 stores in France. An alert will be triggered on the iphone containing the Passbook coupon when it is near the store flagged by the customer or by its geographic location.
In 2013, Camaïeu will create a mobile website and apps range for its customers, enabling the brand to offer customers additional services.
