David Cruddace appointed Chief Financial Officer of EnServe Group
EnServe Group Limited has announced the appointment of David Cruddace as Chief Financial Officer.
David, who joins the group on 28th September 2011, has a strong background of working in Private Equity owned companies where he has formerly held the positions of CFO at ALcontrol Laboratories and European CFO at Carl Zeiss Vision.
He spent nine years with Carillion plc (and its predecessor Tarmac plc), in various roles including Finance Director of their Highways Maintenance division and Crown House Engineering.
EnServe Group, owned by leading European buyout firm Cinven, is recognised as a key provider of support services, working in partnership with a large number of commercial, public and utility organisations.
