Our Sector teams' extensive contacts and deep industry knowledge typically enables the development of close relationships with target company management and owners prior to acquisition. Post-acquisition, our Sector and Portfolio teams work directly with the management team to implement an early phase 100 day action plan and to finalise a more detailed business plan, focusing on revenue, cost, operational and cashflow opportunities.
At least two Cinven executives, including at least one Partner, serve on the board of each of our portfolio companies. Close contact is maintained through regular board and committee meetings, as well as directly, on a day-to-day basis.
